We apply Scrum and Lean methodologies for an agile and well-organized planning of your campaigns. What does this mean?

  • We define a Marketing Plan, either annually or in the short term for a specific campaign.
  • We break it down into micro-campaigns that allow us to activate the plan more quickly.
  • We achieve faster deployment and agile response to change
  • We collect information from campaigns from the first month and turn it into useful business information to make intelligent decisions.
  • We consistently implement improvements to amplify positive results
  • We pivot in case something does not work, we stop if there is no margin and we strengthen what does work and gives good results.

Our methodology is designed to constantly collect information and apply it to the Marketing Plan already defined:

  • We prepare scorecards that update themselves autonomously
  • We use the objectives and KPIs agreed with you for transparent and clear control.
  • On a monthly basis, we prepare proposals to improve performance
  • We analyze content to know what is adding value to the communities we create.
  • Annually, we make a global balance sheet to propose improvements in the future marketing strategy.
