      Spoki is a messaging platform for businesses built on the official WhatsApp Business API<\/strong>. It is developed by NextAI Srl, an Italian company founded in 2021, headquartered in San Vito dei Normanni (Brindisi) and with an office in Barcelona. On its website, it identifies itself as an official Meta Business Partner (Tech Partner) and a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), and provides a link to Meta\u2019s partner directory so you can verify this.<\/p>\n\n

      That role matters: You don\u2019t access the API by downloading anything, but rather through a provider that connects your number to Meta (we explain this in \u201cWhat Is the WhatsApp Business API?<\/a>\u201d). Spoki serves as both that provider and the work tool<\/strong>: a shared inbox for the team, mass campaigns, AI agents, cart recovery, and a conversational CRM.
