Starting challenges

Tee Travel, a travel company with about 40 employees, was acquiring a significant portion of its customers through the WhatsApp Business App. The channel was growing, but the customers were spread across several phone numbers, making it impossible to consolidate the information. They needed >>

  1. Centralize conversations spread across multiple numbers

  2. To allow multiple agents to handle cases without relying on sessions or devices

  3. Avoid bottlenecks and gain insight into the health of the channel

  4. Better pre-qualify prospects who reached out via WhatsApp

  5. Keep a record of every lead and every file in Zoho CRM and close more deals more quickly

This is how we resolved it

    • Consulting, flowchart, and protocol. In Miro, we designed the conversational flow and service protocol: when the bot responds and when an agent takes over. We validated it with Teetravel before configuring anything.

    • Bilingual bot on Woztell. It provides support in Spanish and English and performs automatic pre-qualification during lead capture. It features workflows for both business hours and after hours, as well as Meta-approved utility and marketing templates.

      • Integration with Zoho CRM. Conversations, leads, and contacts are synced with the CRM, along with the travel itinerary. We did this in coordination with the CRM manager at Tee Travel.

      • Training and support. We train the team on the platform and the protocol. In addition, we assist the client with known issues involving Meta until the environment is properly configured.

        We get together

        1. Channel up and running in 6 weeks, from consulting to launch.

        2. More than 500 conversations per month, most of which are initiated by the users themselves.

        3. Quotes within 1–2 days and prompt communication, which speeds up the contracting and billing processes.

        4. Over 100 marketing emails per month, with an open rate of over 95%.

        5. Percentage of revenue generated by the representative channel after four months of operation.
